Restaurant Bystrina and Koliba Bystrina as a part of hotel Bystrina, hotel Poľovník and camp site Bystrina complex are located in beautiful surroundings of the Low Tatras. In our restaurant you may enjoy the atmosphere of typical Slovak shed as well as sitting in modern furnished restaurant. During the summer season there is a summer terrace and children playground at guests’ disposal.

You may relish baked pork knee with bone or baked pork ribs, grilled chicken and other meals prepared on fire, or you may choose from our Slovak kitchen menu. If you prefer poultry and fish meals you are on the right place. We will be pleased to prepare these meals for you.

During September – December we organize Goose feast. In the menu there are goose soup, roasted goose, goose liver, home made “lokše“ and other delicacies. In case you are interested we may arrange gypsy or folk music.

Restaurant Poľovník is as a part of hotel Poľovník furnished in friendly hunting atmosphere. This restaurant offers sitting close to indoor fireplace during winter time or sitting on fresh air on our summer terrace during summer season. There is a children playground at guests’ disposal.

Favourite are our boar, deer or venison hunting specialties or fish delicacies and vegetarian dishes.
